4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for monthly packages.

• Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Consultation fees

  • Any single or fixed-fee service

For monthly packages:

• Refund will be issued only for work that is pending or not delivered.

• Work already completed or in progress will not be refunded.

• Refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
