We provide professional digital marketing, branding, website development, and related services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are governed by the following rules:
Refunds are applicable only for monthly package-based services.
Refunds are not applicable for:
One-time setup fees
One-time services
Consultation fees
Website development charges
Creative design charges
Ad setup charges
Any other single or fixed-fee service
2. Monthly Package Refund Policy
Refunds for monthly packages will be processed under the following conditions:
Refund will be granted only for the work that is pending or not yet delivered.
Work already completed, delivered, or in progress will not be refunded.
The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the services pending at the time of cancellation.
The client must submit a written cancellation request via email.
3. No Refund Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
If the client changes their business decision or marketing strategy
If results are not as expected (as marketing performance depends on multiple external factors)
If delay occurs due to client’s failure to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or materials
If the service has already been initiated or delivered
If the payment is made for any one-time or non-recurring service
